Charles didn't come from wealth or privilege. Raised in a below-middle-class family, he learned early that nothing worth having comes easy. His father instilled in him the value of hard work, teaching him that success is earned through dedication, honesty, and perseverance. His mother taught him a lesson that would shape not only his life but the culture of his company: treat the janitor with the same respect you give the CEO, because every person deserves dignity and kindness.
With those values as his foundation, and the help of his brother Calvin, Charles took a leap of faith and started Nall's Specialized Hauling with a single truck. Long days, sleepless nights, and countless miles on the road became the norm. Every load was delivered with pride, every customer was treated like family, and every challenge became another opportunity to prove what hard work could accomplish.
Over the years, the one truck grew into a fleet of 125 power units, serving customers with the same commitment to safety, reliability, and integrity that Charles believed in from the very beginning.
